After you finish up with the web wizard, your web will open in tasks view.
Tasks view is a very needed feature for any web. We use it for notes and
reminders to ourselves and each other.
I split the screen t make it easier to read. The
Description box (on the right) is attached to the far right of the above
view.
Tasks view is pretty self explanatory. There are 3 tasks listed. The red dot
indicates that they have not been started. When a task is completed, it will
have a green dot.

The dialog box above is available to create, modify and assign tasks. It
too is self explanatory. You can right click in task view to gain access to
this dialog box, or access it via Edit - Task, in the menu bar.
The tasks view is a built in scratch pad. You don't have to keep a ton of
sticky notes and other assorted scraps of paper laying around to remind you to
"do things" to specific pages or the web as a whole.
